Based on a referral from Renovation Find, we worked with Andy Bartley from ARMS Construction to complete a renovation on our 40 year old ensuite bathroom. We wanted to remove an old bathtub, install a new tile shower with a fold-down seat and grab bar, and update the cabinets.
It was easy to work with Andy from beginning to end on this construction project. He’s very personable and accommodated all of our many questions and provided constructive input where needed.
Andy works with very good sub-trade contractors (electrician, plumber, custom cabinet maker, drywaller/painter, quartz countertop manufacturer, glazier) to get the work completed professionally, on time and on budget. They were very conscientious in keeping the worksite as clean and safe as possible.
We went a little over the initial budget estimate, but that was our choice, in order to buy some better quality materials and to get some extra special features that we wanted.
We’re very satisfied with the end result and would recommend Andy’s company to anyone wanting to do a bathroom reno.

Andy Bartley, from ARMS Construction is definitely someone you can trust with your renovation needs. The pricing was reasonable (we did receive a couple other quotes). He was honest with what work ended up not being needed. The time frame for completion was adhered to very closely. As for the finished project, we love our ensuite. Andy was meticulous and his tiling ability is top notch, simply perfect and well patterned.
